DigiCorner provides digital products including downloadable files, templates, planners, educational materials, workbooks, and business resources. Unless a product listing clearly states otherwise, no physical item will be shipped.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. Prices are displayed in the store currency shown at checkout. DigiCorner may correct pricing or product information errors before order completion.
3. Delivery

4. License and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, purchasing a DigiCorner digital product grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use or the buyer's own internal business use.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, republish, upload, copy for resale, or otherwise commercially distribute the original digital files or substantially identical copies of them.
5. Intellectual Property
All DigiCorner product content, designs, files, branding, graphics, and written materials remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Purchase does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Digital products are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided, subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, file format, language, size, software requirements, and intended use before purchase. We will provide reasonable support for technical delivery issues relating to files supplied by DigiCorner.
